The Ryetar!

Well...here is this weeks entry for ReuseThis!  It is rather interesting, but not the greatest sounding.  I will have a post on youtube at www.youtube.com/ryandueck showing what it sounds like.  It all started when my uncle made a joke about me making a guitar out of junk.  I laughed it off at first, but then couldn't get the idea out of my head.  I knew I wouldn't be able to make a good quality or even good sounding one out of the junk I have in basement, but I managed to make something that plays and loud enough for people to hear it.  I find it a little funny and am almost embarrassed of it, but it's also kinda cool too...in a nerdy sort of way.  I was having a very bad day today; with lots of panic attacks and some bad depression and memory so I needed to do this to help my mind out of its slump.  I was surprised that I was able to make it as quickly as I did even with two children yelling at me to be quiet...haha.  Anyways, go check out that link above to see what it sounds like and I will see you next week!
